Q: How long after ordering will it take to complete my pedal/device?
A: Web orders typically ship in two - four weeks. If for some reason your order will take longer to fulfill, we’ll let you know.
Q: Do you do custom orders or mods?
A: Not at this time. Right now we are focused on growing our product line. We hope to be adding a “custom shop” section to our site in the future.
Q: How do you ship?
A: Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. International orders ship via USPS Registered First Class International. We will not mark international shipments as “gift” or falsify the form in any way.
Q: Can you tell me something about these "one off" devices and limited editions that I’ve seen?
A: They are “experiments”. Some aspects of these designs may find their way into future pedals and devices.
Q: What is the "such and such" based on?
A: All Mountainking creations are original designs. Check out the ABOUT page for more info.
Q: What do I do if I have a concern or problem with my pedal/device?

Q: What kind of power supplies can I use?
A: Unless otherwise noted, all Mountainking pedals and devices can be powered by a 9V battery or a standard 9VDC (center negative) power supply. If you choose to use a battery remember to unplug the instrument/guitar cable from the input jack when not in use to help conserve battery life. If you choose to use a power supply, be sure that it is of high quality and is filtered to avoid introducing hum and noise into your signal chain.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We use a PayPal shopping cart system. This allows the use of all major credit cards in addition to standard PayPal payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete your purchase.
